I SHOULD NOT BE BILLED AS I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE CHRISTMAS FOR THIS PICKUP! I HAVE SPOKEN AT LEAST TWICE WITH ONE OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVES WHO PROMISE ACTION BUT AFTER ALMOST 2 MONTHS THE LEAVES ARE STILL THERE. WHY MUST ALL DEALINGS WITH THE CITY BE SO DIFFICULT AND AGGRAVATING?
