Description

Two trees at the corner of Laburnum and Newport; there is tree on Newport that appears to be a "volunteer" tree since it is not in an tree well. It is leaning into the road. A second volunteer tree on Laburnum is also outside a proper tree well. Both are relatively small now but will cause problems for traffic and sidewalk.
