Description
The trash truck keeps pulling over in the grass to pick up the trash at this apartment building. When they do the tores have dug a trench and destroyed the lovely grass that had been there. This is a terribly neglected part of Richmond. I feel ashamed at how nasty it looks. The dump truck is making it worse.
