Description
Who ever allowed both Commerce road and Ruffin road to be closed at the same time needs to be TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. That person is incompetent and needs to be fired. There is no outlet to that area after you pass Bells road. You are trapped and the traffic becomes a grid lock. There are no signs before passing Bells road to tell you of the road closures. This is unacceptable and should never have been allowed. Have some common sense.
