Description
This issue was reported via DPW000079957 in May of 2021 but closed as complete on January 20,2022. The work was not done and the issue still exists from DPW000079957. The road surface has deteriorated leaving uneven areas. This creates a tripping hazard. The owner at the address's mother tripped because of the missing surface
