Description
The subtypes don't match what I need assistance with but it has to do with the alley or easement behind my home. Currently their is a bunch of debris that needs to be cleaned up. It has been there since my home was built. I spoke with the contractors and they told me that I needed to contact the City of Richmond to have it resolved.
