Description
Where Terminal Place meets the rear exit road behind Children's Museum the roadway is cracking badly and collapsing causing water to collect in the depression creating a hazardous situation during periods of freezing. There is also a City Gas Shutoff valve that in sinking with the roadway which is a cause of concern.
