Description

There is a pothole/ sinkhole just past the intersection of monument and commonwealth (westbound). I have requested it be repaired multiple times over the last year. Vehicles passing over the pothole violently shake our home and it is causing significant damage including cracks to our brand new Andersen windows. Please address the pothole/ sinkhole.
