Description

Called non emergency police advised her to call 311; there's dirty needles all in the street and it's a concern where they need to be cleaned up. The needles have been stuck in shoes from when they get out of their vehicles. Caller states they are located across the street from this address on the end of the sidewalk and in the grass area.
