Description

Limbs were cut back from the wires and huge tree limbs are left in front of this parking space. The citizens is handicap and unable to park in front of his home. The tree limbs needs to be remove.

    Tree was utility pruned by Dominion. The remainder of the tree can be pruned from the ground to help balance out the shape and weight distribution.
