Description
Please install an electonic sign at the i tersection of Forest Hill and Westover Hills Blvd which will state if the Boulevard bridge is open or not. In the winter there is no reliable way to know that the brodge has been closed until you arrive at Westover Hills and Riverside Dr. The majority of drivers are coming off the main road and have to turn around or driver through the residential areas unnecessarily
