Description
The entire sidewalk from 9101 Stony Point Pkwy (entrance to James River Apartments) to Stony Point Drive (entrance to VA Urology and VCU Health buildings) has many spots where the sidewalk blocks are grossly uneven (some less uneven and could be "shaved"), where many blocks are cracked, and where black mold and mud makes the surface slippery. I observed a person in a wheelchair who was trying to use the sidewalk and had to turn around because the uneven surfaces were too high for him.
