Description
Requesting speed bumps be installed on moss side from 3720-3400 block to address dangerous driving. Also recommend patrol car sit on henrico boulevard near 3 way stop sign to truly see speeding issue that occurs on moss side and at the stop sign intersection. Sitting where speeders can see the cop allows them time to slam on their brakes and come to a complete stop at the stop sign and doesn’t really capture the issues we are facing.

- Staff · February 14, 2022You identified that Moss Side between Laburnum and Westwood is the area of concern. Within this section Moss Side traffic stops at these intersections: - Laburnum Ave - Henrico Blvd - Walton Ave - Westwood Ave Traffic calming is not planned but we will field check and make sure 25mph signs are installed in each direction on Moss Side and replace any stop bars that are missing. This request was also passed along to the RPD for enforcement.
