Description
There is a piece of metal sticking out of the ground on this sidewalk 37.54538° N, 77.44482° W between grace street and franklin street on n Jefferson st. On 2/6/22 a woman was walking on Jefferson st and tripped on this metal piece sticking out of the sidewalk and landed on her face and busted her forehead wide open and bleeding non stop. There are pictures and if needed an accurate address I’ll try to provide one
