Description
Existing signs at the Riverside Drive / Huguenot Bridge do not: welcome visitors to the James River Park System; the James River; or the RVA, 4th District, Stratford Hills Neighborhood. The signs DO NOT show where the North and South-bound “On-ramps” to Rt. 147 are located. Professionally designed “Welcome” signs should greet visitors to the JRPS “Pony Pasture”, the “Huguenot Woods Flat-water” and to the RVA, 4th District, Stratford Hills Neighborhood. Also, identify the Huguenot Bridge.
