Description
Motorists must be made aware of the North and South-bound “On-ramps” from Riverside Drive to Huguenot Road / Rt. 147. I have observed motorists making unsafe and illegal “left-hand” turns at the crest of the North-bound “On-ramp”. Motorists should also be directed to the JRPS “Pony Pasture” parking site via professional and well-designed signs. See attached design concept.
