Description

Road had been repaved from 3100-3500 block of Patterson Avenue, but yellow center lines to separate lanes have not yet been added. This is my FOURTH service request. The City continues to mark this as COMPLETED AND IT IS NOT! See DPW000098190 and DPW000099101 and phone call to 311. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! IF YOU DO THE JOB I'LL STOP BUGGING YOU. JUST BECAUSE THE ENGINEER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED DOESN'T MEAN THE JOB IS COMPLETED!

he City Pavement Engineer has been notified that the marking was not complete. His contractor will reinstall all missing markings. Usually in the winter times pavement markings are delayed given the colder weather conditions because the air and pavement temperature must be in a range for a certain length of time to meet the pavement marking materials specifications.
