Description

Traffic light at E Marshall and N 11th St needs to be on blinking yellow, not red. The streets around the traffic signal are closed and traffic is backing up onto Broad St.

    The intersection is cycling (green-yellow-red). More green time was assigned to 11th St since no vehicles are coming from the west of Marshall. No further action is needed.
