Description
This letter is to bring attention to a health and safety issue at the corner of 2800 E Broad st. The standing water at the handicap ramp at corner of 28 th & E. Broad St is a hazard for wheel chair bound citizens. And is often the site of ice this winter. And a mosquito laden pool in the summer. Can the over paving of Broad be corrected so gutters carry water to the storm sewer inlet?
