Description
I have seen motorists making South-bound, left-hand turns from the crest of the North-bound, Riverside Drive and Rt. 147 ramp. NO directional signs or placards are positioned along Riverside Drive to direct motorists to the appropriate “On-ramps”. PLEASE add directional signs along Riverside Drive. I have also contacted the RVA DPW TEO about my observations and concerns.
