Description

There are two increasingly large piles of debris in the alley behind 2900 Monument Avenue and the building next-door to that.  Not sure if the next steps offer for me to be able to upload pictures, but I do have two photographs.. Would the City please come and remove the debris? It is not only unsightly, but likely also a health and safety concern.
