Description

Elderly handicapped neighbor has tripped on sidewalk bc tree roots have raises the sidewalk. Tree should be removed and sidewalk leveled. This is not the first person to fall bc of uneven sidewalks in this area. Handcapped parking spot is about 1-2 car lengths from trew and older people live on this block.
