Description

The graffiti is on the side door, near the dumpster. It is visible as you are walking up the sidewalk. The door is right at the corner of the building.

    I cancelled this ticket and created a NEW ONE #464512 because it was not filed in the right section. It was supposed to be in Private like now since its corrected not in the Public section. We will now begin the investigation process with the waiver that was attached.
