Description
The block of 37th st absolutely needs a speed bump. There is a church with a preschool and people of all ages who walk through this residential neighborhood including children of all ages and elderly residents. We need to reduce speeds on this road which connects 2 major roads of midlothian and hull st. There are other speed bumps further south but one more closer to the turnpike i believe would increase pedestrian safety
