Description

The city filled gravel and fixed a sink hole with water issues in the alley today, although the job was done in an incomplete fashion. The water that had accumulated from the sink hole ran down the entire alley, including behind my house and all the way to the road, causing erosion and constant mud and puddles in the alley.
