Description
"There is a large Chinese elm in front of the house whose roots have caused damage to the sidewalk pavers in front of the building and to the granite blocks that support the fence. In addition, these roots threaten two large coal cellars beneath the tree well. We believe if this tree remains in place, it could cause a collapse of the sidewalk, the fencing, and the front steps of the building. It would also endanger pedestrians and anyone attending a club function."
