Description
These lights are barely visible in the daytime. Need red flashing lights so pedestrians can safely cross. Since the state law is to STOP for pedestrians and not just yield, the lights should be red to indicate such to drivers. There have been humerus pedestrian injuries and near accidents at this intersection.
