Description
E 5th street is a one way road that exits onto Hull St. The road was closed for construction for a while and now that it is open again, cars drive both directions multiple times per day. There is one 'one way' sign but more signage is needed. I recommend additional one way signs and no right/left turn signs on Hull St.
