Description

Sidewalk has dropped, uneven and water is coming in the building from the sidewalk. Caller said you will know the sidewalk is uneven until you walk up on - Central National Bank apartments.

    the actual address is 219 E. Grace Street. You must enter the bldg through the garage door. BELOW ground level damage. Mr. Emerson 804-393-1532. You will see the damage that the citizen is talking about. Re-bar is showing/ sidewalk is caving in on the grace street side.
