Description

The ADA ramp is damaged at the corner of 1652 W Grace and N Allen. The yellow bump pad on the ramp has lifted up and is a major trip and fall hazard. As a stroke survivor, I ate it and fell both yesterday and today tripping on the damaged handicap ramp. Please fix ASAP.
