Description
Cars are allowed to park on both sides. People speed through the neighborhood at a dangerous speed. Someone is going to get hurt or killed. There are disabled people who cannot move quickly living there. It is scary to be near the street when people speed through. A speed bump will help slow them down. Thank you!
