Description

Citizen Corey Tobbin(804-629-4664) states that on N Allen near W Broad St is blocked off. As you make a left turn going eastbound to W Broad St the turning lane is still open and there is not signage so that you don’t turn onto a blocked street. He is requesting to please put out signage.

    For Northbound Allen Ave approaching Broad St motorists cannot turn left onto West Broad but can continue on Allen Ave towards W. Leigh St. Signs exist on the mast arm showing the allowable travel movements.
