Description
The section of road just after exiting the I-64 on Oliver Hill Road to 17th Street is in awful condition and does not reflect well for visitors coming to Richmond. I understand the need to reduce speed there but that could be accomplished with new pavement and speed bumps. Thank you. I love Richmond
