Description
Water keeps gathering on the street right in front of my house because the road is uneven. Two years ago, the City came to pave my neighbors street (28 Clarke) and started working in front of my house on accident. When they realized their mistake, they just left an unfinished repair that has created an uneven street that collects water as it comes down the drains. Thank you.
