Description
Being in the middle of Hull St. and Midlothian, people often use this neighborhood to connect the two and speed through instead of using Belt Blvd. or Warwick. There are dozens of families with kids who play in the streets and often we get cars going 50-60 mph on these longer stretches and it's become incredibly dangerous. It would benefit the neighborhood to slow drivers down by adding speed bumps at various points such as the length of Hull Road where there's no stop sign.
