Description
Water is leaking out of City water meter onto the street and into parking lot across the street. Water is from the city;s side of the meter, not homeowner’s. In freezing temperatures, the road becomes a sheet of ice, dangerous to autos, pedestrians, cyclists, etc. it is also located after a blind curve. It has been leaking for months. PLEASE fix this!!!
