Description
The alley has continual water running down it…first from a water meter leak and now it appears possibly from a sump pump. Either way the alley is constantly water logged and muddy and the gravel is disappearing. We need a major repair to the alley. Paving would be great. Or a heavy scraping and lots and lots of gravel to fix years of neglect.
