Description
Caller isn't sure what needs to be done to prevent the recycling bin and trash in the supercans from being gone through by the homeless. The homeless goes through them and throws garbage etc. everywhere every week. The supercans are destroyed and there's trash all over the place. Caller suggest a dumpster with a lock for the area. The concern is the whole alleyway especially Broad & Madison towards Monroe
