Description

Opened ticket on this tree 8/4/21 and it was assessed at early stages of tree die-off on 8/5/21 (#91878 F1 Maple 23" CD1) Called 9/14 as the tree deteriorated quickly and all leaves were off and expressed concern with the magnitude of the tree and hazard of children playing under it + potential car damage during a storm. The tree needs to be removed as it is dead. Picture is from 9/9/21
