Description
Bollards need to be installed to keep people from illegally jumping into the left turn lane when the rear left light is red but the center lane is green. People will leapfrog around cars legally waiting at the back left to "legally" go straight through the center and then get back into the turn lanes ahead of the traffic behind them. This is effectively running a red light. Bollards could prevent this, or just make the back light green and the next one red with a sign not to block the box.
