Description
There is an increasing amount of trash on Boulevard around the Rodeway Inn/Wawa/underpass. There are bags of trash, broken chairs/sofa, and emergency blankets all pver the place. This area is populated by many homeless people which appears to be directly related to the significant increase in trash/litter.
