Description

Sidewalk section has been raised up approximately 2 inches on both sides of the concrete slab, creating a tripping hazard on the sidewalk. Sidewalk needs repair to be level or create a slope between concrete slabs. This sidewalk is used all the time by pedestrians. Issue appears to be caused by tree roots. The associated tree is diseased and dying and a 311 request was filed for assessment and action on 7/13/20, status on the tree request is still "assigned".
