    CUSTOMER REQUESTED TO CANCEL SERVICES SINCE THEY WE WERE NOT ABLE TO GET LEAVES FROM INSIDE OF THEIR FENCE. THEY CHOSE TO BAG THEM THEIRSELF. WE WAITED TO GIVE THEM TIME TO MOVE THE LEAVES BUT THEY PREFERRED TO DO THEM ON THEIR OWN. SO THIS TICKET IS NOT TO BE CHARGED.
