Description

At the I-95 interchange at Arthur Ashe Boulevard: both northbound and southbound lanes underneath the i-95 overpass have large amounts of litter and refuse generated by homeless/addicts/panhandlers. Litter extends onto what were beautiful green areas within the interchange. The entire approach, underpass and landscaped areas need to be cleaned up and the vagrants removed from the area to a homeless shelter. An embarrassing entrance to the Diamond District/Northside!
