Description
Possible malfunction. When I drove up to the light on E Jackson St it was green, but three different cars spaced out driving on N 5th St crossed the intersection when their light should have been red. They did not slow down. I could not see their light, but it seemed like they thought the light was green. My boyfriend witnessed an accident there about two months ago where both people stated that their light was green. Reporting it just in case it is faulty.
