Description

City tree between sidewalk and street has dead limbs hanging in it. Limbs are also dropping onto parked cars. Also, in the past 18 months large branches have broken off the tree 1) into 4517 Park AVE causing extensive damage to porch and roof (necessitating repair through homeowner’s insurance) and 2) falling into a parked car underneath the tree totaling the car.
