Description

This intersection has a long left turn lane, and to the right of that is a straight lane ONLY. However, people use the straight only lane to cut in front of the first red light which splits up the long left turn lane, since the right lane will turn green but the left turn lane will stay red. There needs to be bollards put up to keep people from jumping around traffic already waiting at the left red light, as people will pull out to use the straight lane which is effectively running the red.

ollards are not planned. I understand the A.P Hill statute at Hermitage and Laburnum will be removed this year thus changing the intersection configuration.
