Second request of ID: DPW000097300 Trash is still in alley behind cans on the ground. Massive pile. Previous request closed because "nothing was found" on 29th. Pile is still there on 30th. This is rear of properties in dead end section of alley behind 3200 Stuart and 402 Cleveland
