Description
There is a significant amount of litter along Arthur Ashe Boulevard near the 95 exit. It has gotten much worse recently. This is an exit many visitors to the city take when visiting the ball park, museums, Scott's Addition, etc. I'm afraid it leaves a very negative impression. I think the city needs to do more than just clean up the litter. Perhaps several public trashcans could be placed there and emptied often. I also think there should be consequences when people litter.
