Description
The properties of 3200 Stuart Ave, 402 and 404 N Cleveland St continually just place trash not in bags or cans on the ground near cans even sometimes if all aren't filled. This includes boxes and trash. There seems to be no individual trash cans for each property as they stay in the back of the alley all week. This trash ends up all over the alley in yards as wind blows it around. Bulk pickup needed and then the owner of these properties needs to take responsibility and keep the alley clean.
